For all the reasons given here-above, the undersigned believes he has every right to ask your justice, Mister Mayor, to put immediately an end to the turmoil brought to his property, by ordering the demolition of the mechanism concerned, whose construction was not possibly allowed by you, as it may

be a unique fact, and I do not mean only in cities, but also in towns, and as it is obviously a source of danger and jeopardizes thus public safety.
